· Ensure compliance of works to FIDIC (internationally accepted) contracts and adequate interpretations of its conditions;

· Resolve disputes and discrepancies in accordance with FIDIC contract;

· Ensure timely and due support for the audit of the Project and project finances as per requirements of contracts and acceptable to the World Bank;

· Following up with all audit recommendations and actions to resolve the issues raised in the Management Letter;

· Provide financial assistance to the Senior Engineer for all projects in the calculation, justification, and approval of Payment Certificates in accordance with contract conditions;

· Execute due diligence, financial analysis, estimate Price adjustment, determine price indexes, disbursement level, and forecast;

· Monitor and report to ensure regular and timely submission of Project financial reports, Progress report, EHS Metrics, and submission of other relevant reports to all relevant stakeholders;

· Facilitate effective communication in negotiations between potential partners and project parties that do not speak a similar language by converting one spoken or written language to another;

· Manage official correspondence of the company together interpreting materials and reports;

- Promoting international rankings of the university and leading partnership relations.

- Participation in negotiations with international organizations and institutes as a translator.

- Converting documents, records, memorandums from one to another language.
