• Project Lead - UzVC Startup Growth Program.

Led AKS Services Group’s efforts in organizing the UzVC Startup Growth Program, in partnership with Silicon Valley investors Marvin Liao and Asher Siddiqui. Coordinated the "Silicon Valley meets Silk Road" conference in Tashkent, featuring keynotes from global experts and discussions on scaling startups in Uzbekistan. Played a key role in facilitating connections between local startups, mentors, and investors to foster growth and innovation in the ecosystem.

• Project Lead - Banking Privatization Workshop.

In partnership with Dr. Alisher Shaykhov, Partner at Newlinks Global, we organized a Banking Privatization Workshop for Uzbekistan’s banking officials. This workshop was conducted in collaboration with Crown Agents, and was commissioned by the Banking Association of Uzbekistan. The event focused on best practices and strategies for effective banking privatization, aimed at enhancing the capacity of Uzbekistan's banking sector.

• Project Lead - ESG Workshop for Textile Association of Uzbekistan.

Organized and led an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) workshop for the Textile Association of Uzbekistan. The workshop focused on integrating sustainable practices within the textile industry, providing key insights on environmental responsibility, social impact, and governance standards to help local companies align with global sustainability trends.

• Project Lead - Procurement of Cement and Export Promotion.

Led the procurement and export of cement from CONCH Cement in Kitab district, Kashkadarya, to Afghanistan. In collaboration with the Kashkadarya Regional Administration, we optimized logistics and supply chains, promoting regional cement production, and enhancing cross-border trade between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.

• As a Project Coordinator in the US Department of Labor-funded project "Improving Transparency and Accountability in Uzbekistan's Cotton Industry", I used to support the project by coordinating activities, monitoring and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Facilitated effective communication with stakeholders, including government officials, industry representatives, and civil society organizations, to ensure the project's success.
• Successfully coordinated, together with Mr. Paata Beltadze, the Project Director, a high-level diplomatic meeting between His Excellency Mr. Jonathan Henick, U.S. Ambassador to Uzbekistan; Mr. Behzod Musayev, Former Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan; and His Excellency Mr. Muzaffarbek Madrahimov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, as part of a project funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Organized a series of targeted training sessions and workshops on corporate governance and mediation for public sector employees, delivered in partnership with international experts and professional trainers.

• Specialized in project development, management and implementation within various sectors.
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing large-scale initiatives through project financing and public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks, working with leading international energy companies such as Masdar, ACWA Power, EDF, Total Eren, and Aksa Enerji to support sustainable development and strategic infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan.
• Collaborated with government entities, investors and stakeholders to drive sustainable energy initiatives, align with strategic policy objectives, and promote economic development.

Internship in the Consular department.

• Provided support in processing consular documentation, including visa applications and legalizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Internship in the Department charged with coordination of the work of International Financial Institutions (IFI) and Foreign Government Financial Institutions (FGFI).

• Assisted in preparing analytical reports, reviewing project proposals and facilitating communication between institutions.
