- There are many reasons why I can address myself as passionate,patient,creative,experienced.Worked as an Academic Support for more than a year.Exactly 14 months waiting for my manager to organize Teacher Training for Academic Support.While people who came after me had been teachers for about 4-5 months,I knew that there are some issues with my -so called- social fobia.When It is natural habit I could not do anything with this.However, my manager told me that it will disappear as you work with many students and gave me 4 groups to work with them.There were people with different temperaments:some can learn by themselves,some need little cruelty for them to study,some laugh everytime you explain and some even do not pay attention to what you're saying.Then,after being a professional Supporter,I noticed some problems related to method and discipline of the learning center.Specifically,students got minuses if they do not do their homework or do not attend in lessons without serious reasons,and they should stay after the lesson and do what Support teachers say.However,there were a number of students who escape from this and freely attend in next classes.So,after analyzing conditions of the center I decided to address head office with an enquiry to make some changes which was approved with a bonus of 5000.000 UZS.I suggested to give every Support teachers seperate journal of minuses and if a student has more than 3 minuses,a phone call is to be made to their parents or siblings.In that way the work for Support teachers gets a little bit easier because if a student escapes a Support teacher do not have to speak with that one in a unfriendly way.But when it was time to have Teacher Training classes and to be a teacher,my university set the starting date of studies (9-September),and every cycle in my ex job center was in every 3 months which means I must teach students until they get into the exam.I would be late for my university studies if I took a group to teach.
