  • Bulk Reconciliation Solution Project: Successfully implemented Largest utility company bulk reconciliation system for corporate clients. I documented the requirements and the proposed solution, collaborated with technical teams of the bank and the utility company, managed a successful execution of UAT and deployment to production. This project has a potential of enabling the bank receive deposits of up to 700 Million US Dollars (2.56B Qatari Riyals annually)
  • Credit Analysis and Risk Evaluation System Project: Succesfully delivered the Credit Analysis & Risk Evaluation System project for the CB Enterprise Banking team within the agreed timeline, cost and scope.
  • Website Revamp: Successfully Implemented our Website Revamp project. The project upgraded the old website infrastructure and enhanced website security
  • Enterprise Content & Document Management System Upgrade : Succesfully executed ECDMS system upgrade. The project utilized new system capabilities to automate and optimize complex and structured processes for efficiency, implemented improved folder structure and enhanced document retrieval and search capability. The key benefit is the replacement of the manual data capture efforts by utilizing OCR & ICR technology to automatically capture and extract data from documents.
