Acted as a communication bridge between East-West design engineers and UET’s project lead — facilitated daily alignment on scope, clarified technical intent, and ensured construction teams worked from synchronized documentation. Prevented misinterpretations and rework through proactive coordination.
➤ 500kV OHTL Karakul–Nurobad Project
Coordinated between international design teams and local stakeholders to adapt project execution to Uzbek regulatory, environmental, and operational requirements. Facilitated reviews with local authorities, aligned contractors with updated compliance expectations, and ensured field modifications were properly communicated back to design without disrupting workflow or safety standards.
• Organized and led cross-team coordination meetings, documented decisions, tracked open items, and ensured timely follow-up across both projects.
• Maintained version-controlled documentation flow — design updates, field change logs, compliance notes — to keep all parties aligned and audit-ready.
