
My career as a swimming coach began as an assistant senior coach, where I learned the intricacies of working with children and adolescents, developing personalized training programs and maintaining discipline in the classroom. Gradually, I moved on to working independently as a coach, setting myself the goal of developing children's love for sports and helping them achieve high results.
As a swimming coach, I:
1. I teach children from 3 years old:
- Basic and advanced swimming techniques (free style, breaststroke, butterfly, back) have been introduced.
- I develop individual training programs.
2. I organize and conduct trainings:
- I plan regular classes
3. I provide security:
- I follow the safety rules in training
- I teach children the rules of safe behavior on the water.
4. Motivate and support athletes:
- I develop children's love for sports and self-confidence.
- I provide psychological support.
5. I talked to the parents of the athletes:
- I provide feedback on the progress of children.
- I advise on the training process and a healthy lifestyle.
