During the 2024–2025 academic year, with the purpose of supporting women, she participated in the AWE program (Academy for Women Entrepreneurs), implemented in cooperation with Uzbekistan under the U.S. “100 Million Project,” taking part in both online and offline formats and successfully becoming an AWE Alumna.

While working at Fergana State University, I served foreign guests as a volunteer guide at the "The Great Silk Road" International Folk Music Festival held in Margilan, Uzbekistan in 2019, and at the International Craftsmen Festival held in Kokand, Uzbekistan in 2019. I worked as an interpreter with the permission of the authorities at charity operations organized by foreign doctors in Fergana region.

• I participated in the Fergana regional stage of "Teacher-2009" and "Teacher-2011", taking an honorable 3rd place in 2009 and an honorable 2nd place in 2011.
• Designed and facilitated extracurricular activities to promote language practice and cultural understanding.
• Worked one-on-one with students needing individualized attention and developed with special learning plans for struggling people.
