I have been working as an English teacher for 9 months. I teach students mostly for IELTS sections, as well as general English .Many of our students are achieving high scores. I prioritize some criteria during my work :

• Increased student motivation by creating engaging lesson plans focused on relevant topics of interest.
• Boosted students'' confidence in their speaking abilities through consistent practice and constructive feedback.
• Used positive reinforcement and provided clear feedback to help students succeed.

I have taught different aged students about history of our country as well as world history . We organized various historical events. The most successful one was about creator of Temurid dynasty , Amir Timur.
