• Provided assistance and support to Country Director and Chief of Party with strategic planning and technical direction of the five year US$18 million broad-reaching activity designed to spur productive economic activity and job creation across Central Asia
• Been involved in the development of investment pipeline in Uzbekistan in light manufacturing and IT sectors

• The biggest cotton export company of Uzbekistan, Ensured thorough and accurate follow-up, execution, and closure of the contracts with a total value of more than $50 million
• Negotiated and agreed on terms of commodity sale contracts, such as price, quality, quantity, transportation, timing and payment
• Developed and maintained customer relationships with producers, mills, and foreign clients

Been engaged in the design of decent work Internal Management System (IMS) which is to be adopted at cluster management level and is expected to mitigate the risk of forced labour in all aspects of farm operation, including during cotton harvesting. Been working with main stakeholders: textile clusters, donors (IFC, GIZ etc), farmers, local authorities etc, conducting interviews, collection of internal regulatory documents, organization of workshop etc.

• Compiled research data and gave professional presentations highlighting finds and recommended optimizations.
• Initiated success of client's organization by improving performance, hiring practices and management systems.
