Summary

I’ve spent the last few years building Zermo—a water heater business that started from zero. I led sales, built partnerships, solved service problems, and dealt with the daily chaos of growing a brand in a competitive market.

This experience taught me how to survive and sell—but now I want to learn how to scale properly. I don’t just want to be good at selling one product; I want to help build systems, brands, and teams that can grow beyond me.

That’s why I’m here: to work alongside people who think long-term, build real value, and aren’t afraid of big challenges.

Skills

Skills I would like to highlight:

Accomplishments

  • Built Zermo from zero – Together with a small team, I launched Zermo, a water heater brand that became known for affordable prices, fast service, and a 3-year warranty.
  • Reached 1500+ monthly unit sales – Despite market crises and aggressive competition, I helped grow monthly sales from scratch to 1500 units across Uzbekistan.
  • Opened sales in 7 regions – I personally negotiated with distributors and expanded sales to Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Fergana, Khorezm, Nukus, and Surkhandarya.
  • Built a service system – We reduced installation time to 1 hour in Tashkent and introduced fast, reliable customer service to stay competitive.
  • Survived price wars and dumping – Managed to keep the business alive and growing even when large brands dropped prices aggressively.
  • Led the team and managed daily operations – From hiring to solving daily problems, I stayed fully responsible for results, no excuses.

Now I’m ready to take the next step—move from surviving to scaling.
