  • The Talent Acquisition Associate Manager responsibilities include leading ACWA Power Uzbekistan’s recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our fast-growing renewable energy portfolio, ranging from power plants, wind farms, to large-scale infrastructure projects.   • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to meet hiring needs across multiple projects.
  • Partner with project leaders, functional heads, and People & Culture colleagues to identify current and future workforce requirements.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives in Uzbekistan to position ACWA Power as an employer of choice in the renewable energy sector.
  • Support localization strategy by ensuring effective recruitment of local professionals while managing international hires when required.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process: job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, employee referrals, and headhunting).
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
  • Monitor key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity and inclusion goals, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
