Currently studying at Westminster University in Tashkent as a year 5 Commercial Law student, transferred to WIUT in 2023 as a year 4 Commercial Law student from the foundation year of MDIST. Has worked in several spheres, like teaching for almost 2 years, a year and ten months to be exact. Equipped with problem-solving and well-communicating skills, ready for a new challenge, team and environment.
Work as an assistant of crime Court Judge consisted of
1. Working with the defendant, witness, victim, relatives of defendants (when the defendant is in prison) and other special people if they are essential during the court process, inform them about the date and time of the court process, receive some documents from them if it was needed during the court process and give them any documents they have the right to receive, e.g., the court verdict to the defendants or permission for the relatives of defendants to meet with the defendant.
2. Working with pre-trial detention center and jail staffers and making the process of delivering the defendants to the court, the process of moving defendants from jail to pre-trial detention, and providing pre-trial detention center and jail staffers with court verdicts and documents about delivering the defendants.
3. Working with parties of a court with a lawyer of a defendant (if he or she has one), discuss and inform lawyer about the date and time of court and the location of their clients. Work with the public prosecutor and inform the public prosecutor about the date and time of the court process and provide him with the act of accusation.
4. Write protocol of a court process and other executional documents after court process. Also organize the executional process; in many cases, it is just delivering the right letters and documents to the right places and people.
