I worked 6 months as an updater at Ray Cargo Corp. Our task was to monitor loads that were being booked on Sylectus mainly and to resolve any issues arising on our way, including informing the broker about a current location of drivers and keeping in touch with drivers themselves. But that's just a tip of the iceberg, we would also resolve some conflicts with the broker regarding their loads such as late pick up or delivery or some other problems that could have popped up on our way.
