Responsible for group with 60 person

Responsible for two cement mills with production capacity of 300 tph and cement dispatching (bulk and palletizing ) unit

To provide technically correct and safe operation

To monitor product standards and implement quality control program

Assisting in the planning of plant improvements and modifications

To follow the breakdowns, MTBF, net OEE, production rate and etc., targets

Optimization of production equipment in accordance with the technical requirements of design

To take the HSE measures at the section under responsibility

Participation in construction term of the plant, participation in cold-test and hot-test of all equipment for cement mill, dispatching, vertical raw mill, additive and raw meal crusher units

Start-up and commissioning of cement grinding unit along the production line of factory

Controlling the shift reports and planning the works for next shifts

Provide technically correct operation and reliable performance

To control safe operation of equipment and technical systems

To monitor SART and Gold Refinery plants

To control all laboratory results and make necessary decisions

To inform the superior in case of failure

Analyze different geological and technological samples
